Practicing mindfulness will increase your calm appreciation of the things that really matter. This will help you to observe yourself and know yourself. In the context of work, this will help you move beyond your immediate emotional reactions and have real conversations, real impact and effect real change.
You will see issues and people more clearly, your view unclouded by emotion and petty hang-ups from the past. As a result, you will be better able to collaborate, cooperate and innovate because you will be noticing more carefully the contributions of your colleagues. You will be more present for them.
