What is Mooski?
Mooski is a three-week program for teams.
Based on published research by psychologists and business schools, it is designed to improve team performance.
Importantly, team members reflect on their individual traits, values, work relationships and strengths. Mooski also prompts colleagues get to know each other better and build on a shared sense of purpose.
How is Mooski different to other team-building training?
Mooski occurs in the workplace, requiring no more than 30 minutes out of the working day.
Each morning for three weeks, an email is sent to enrolled team members asking them to reflect, listen to a podcast, or engage in a simple activity.
